Customer Service! We build relationships with our clients, they often become good friends and an excellent source for referrals. We are lake & mountain specialists – and know the lake better than most competitors as we live, work, and play on Lake Nottely.

My family!

What's one thing you wish people knew about your industry?

Realtors are professionals, just like attorneys, that must be licensed to practice Real Estate. Their expertise will assist you throughout your home buying/selling process and make the experience as seamless as possible. We appreciate when our clients value our time – would love for them to think of us as a professional – set up an appointment!!

What prompted you to start your business?

My broker and I were going to have fun selling Real Estate after we retired. Also, we love helping people, right person, right fit = a GREAT house & happy clients!

Has your company received any awards or accomplishments?

As we are a small boutique company and Independent Contractors our awards or accomplishments are at the Realtor level. At the company level, we have been recognized for our community support. Personally, I am a Life Member of the Circle of Excellence (High Producer Awards), Past President of the NE Georgia Board of Realtors, voted Realtor of the Year – 2019, nominated for Georgia Realtor of the Year.
